1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Ravorec, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. User accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials and all activity performed through your account. Ravorec may require email, identity, seller or payment verification.
3. Marketplace role
Ravorec provides technical marketplace services connecting independent creators and buyers. Unless Ravorec is expressly identified as the seller, creators remain responsible for their listings, files, licences and compliance with applicable law.
4. Creator obligations
Creators must comply with the Seller Agreement, Creator Guidelines and Copyright Policy. They must only publish content they own or are authorised to distribute.
5. Buyer obligations and licences
Buyers must use downloaded content only within the licence granted on the listing and the Buyer Licence. Source files may not be redistributed, resold, shared or uploaded elsewhere unless expressly permitted.
6. Orders, payments and refunds
Payments may be processed by external payment providers. Availability of downloads depends on successful payment confirmation. Digital delivery, withdrawal consent, refunds and disputes are addressed in the Refund & Digital Content Policy.
7. Prohibited content and conduct
Users may not publish or promote unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, malicious, misleading or infringing content; manipulate rankings or reviews; compromise the platform; bypass purchase controls; or access another user’s account.
8. Safety
3D-printed parts and radio-controlled models can cause property damage or injury if incorrectly designed, manufactured, assembled or operated. Users are responsible for selecting suitable materials, checking printed parts, complying with local rules and operating models safely.
9. Moderation, suspension and termination
Ravorec may investigate reports, restrict content, suspend functionality or terminate accounts for legal, safety, security, payment or policy reasons. Where appropriate, users will be informed of the reason and available review process.
10. Availability and liability
Ravorec does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every user-submitted model will be suitable for a particular printer, material, component or use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be identified by an updated version or effective date. Where required, users may be asked to accept a revised version before continuing to use relevant services.
