1. Digital delivery
Purchased files are made available through the buyer’s account after successful payment confirmation. Buyers should promptly verify that the purchased files can be accessed and correspond to the listing.
2. Right of withdrawal and immediate performance
Consumer withdrawal rights depend on the buyer’s country and the circumstances of the transaction. Where the law permits the right of withdrawal to be lost for digital content supplied immediately, checkout must obtain the buyer’s prior express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of that right before download access is granted.
3. Situations that may justify a remedy
A refund, replacement file, correction or other remedy may be considered when a file is materially different from its description, technically corrupted, inaccessible because of a platform error, purchased more than once because of a verified technical incident, or unlawfully offered.
4. Situations generally not sufficient by themselves
A refund will not normally be granted solely because a buyer changes their mind after obtaining access, lacks the required printer, software, hardware or skills, selected an unsuitable material or scale, or did not read clearly disclosed compatibility information. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
5. How to request assistance
Buyers should contact Ravorec promptly, identify the order and product, describe the issue and provide relevant evidence. Ravorec may contact the creator and may inspect download and transaction records.
6. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before opening a payment dispute, buyers are encouraged to use the support process. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to account restrictions. Ravorec may freeze related seller funds while a dispute is investigated.
7. Contact
Refund and digital-delivery requests can be submitted through the Contact page.
