1. Scope of the licence
Purchasing or downloading a model grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. Copyright and all rights not expressly granted remain with the creator or applicable rights holder.
2. Personal-use licence
Unless the listing clearly grants broader rights, the buyer may download the files, create reasonable backup copies and print objects for personal, non-commercial use. The buyer may modify files for their own permitted use.
3. Commercial printing licence
A commercial printing licence applies only when it is expressly offered and selected. Its exact scope must be stated on the product page. Unless otherwise stated, it may allow the sale of physical prints but never the resale, sharing or distribution of source files.
4. Prohibited uses
The buyer may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, share, publish, upload or provide source files to another person or platform; use them to create a competing digital listing; remove rights-management information; or claim authorship of the original model.
5. Third-party printing services
A buyer may provide a file to a printing service only when necessary to produce a permitted physical print and only where the service is bound not to retain, reuse or redistribute the file.
6. Termination
The licence terminates if the buyer materially breaches its conditions. Termination does not remove rights already granted to lawful purchasers of physical objects where applicable, but the buyer must stop using and distributing the files.
7. Listing-specific terms
Clearly disclosed listing-specific licence terms may supplement this default licence. Any conflicting or unusually restrictive term must be presented before purchase.
