1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Ravorec, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. User accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, the security of your password and all activity performed through your account.
One account may be used both to purchase products and to publish products as a creator.
3. Marketplace role
Ravorec provides a platform that connects independent creators with customers. Unless otherwise stated, creators remain responsible for the products they publish, including their descriptions, files, licenses and compliance with applicable law.
4. Creator obligations
Creators must only upload content they own or are authorized to distribute. Product descriptions must be accurate, and files must not contain malware, unlawful content or material that infringes third-party rights.
Creators are responsible for maintaining their files and communicating important product changes to customers.
5. Digital product licenses
Purchasing a product grants the customer the license described on the product page. Unless a commercial license is explicitly included, purchases are for personal use only.
Customers may not redistribute, resell, publicly share or upload purchased source files to another platform.
6. Payments and refunds
The current prototype may use simulated payments. Before a commercial launch, real transactions will be processed by an external payment provider under its own terms.
Refund conditions for digital content will be explained during checkout and may depend on whether the files have already been downloaded.
7. Prohibited content and behavior
You may not upload or promote unlawful, fraudulent, dangerous, malicious, misleading or infringing content. You may not attempt to compromise the platform, access another user’s account or bypass purchase and download controls.
8. Safety and limitation of liability
RC models and 3D-printed components may cause injury or damage if incorrectly manufactured, assembled or operated. Users are responsible for checking every printed part, following local regulations and operating models safely.
Ravorec does not guarantee that every user-submitted model is suitable for a particular printer, material, component or use.
9. Suspension and termination
Ravorec may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, present a security risk or repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
