1. Role of Ravorec
Ravorec operates an online marketplace through which independent creators can offer downloadable 3D models to buyers. Unless Ravorec is expressly identified as the seller, the creator is responsible for the listing, the rights attached to the model and the accuracy of the information supplied.
2. Seller status and information
Creators must provide accurate account and business information. Ravorec may request verification before publication or payout. Professional status, verification and platform badges must not be interpreted as a guarantee of product quality or legal compliance.
3. Search and ranking
Search results and creator rankings may consider relevance, category, publication date, paid sales, free downloads, number and value of ratings, number of reviews, number of published products, verification and selected creator badges. Paid placement is not currently used to override relevance or quality. Material changes to ranking principles should be disclosed.
4. Reviews and ratings
Only eligible users may submit product reviews. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading or promotional content. Ravorec may moderate reviews while preserving legitimate criticism.
5. Listing moderation
Ravorec may review, restrict, suspend or remove listings that breach platform rules, present a security or safety concern, contain misleading information or are credibly alleged to infringe third-party rights.
6. Reporting content
Users may report listings through available reporting or contact tools. A report should identify the content, explain the concern and provide supporting information where possible.
